As a senior engineer, you will own Epics end-to-end, mentor teammates, and champion AI-assisted engineering with Claude AI and Copilot to optimize design, testing, and code reviews. Strong focus on scalable, compliant software.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong backend with .NET and relational databases (SQL Server).
• Front-end skills with ReactJS and/or Angular are required.

Responsibilities

• Decompose complex business scenarios into service-based architectures.
• Own Epics end-to-end, manage risks and dependencies.
• Develop full-stack solutions using React on the frontend and .NET on the backend.
• Champion AI-assisted engineering with Claude AI and Copilot.
• Ensure CI/CD, automated testing, and scalable deployments.
