Job summary

ViewNexa is seeking a senior software leader who writes production code in C#/.NET on the backend and React/TypeScript on the frontend. You will own substantial full-stack delivery, lead architectural decisions, and mentor multiple teams across AWS-based services, events, and observability.

You will drive AI-enabled workflows, integrating LLMs, RAG, and production AI features into real product work. The role emphasizes shipping, patterns, and hands-on coding rather than people management.

Qualifications

• Shipped production code in the last 6–12 months in both backend and frontend layers.
• Deep experience with C#/.NET and React/TypeScript.
• 8–12 years of overall experience with a track record of cross-team impact.
• Distributed systems on AWS with APIs, events, data stores, messaging, and observability.
• Leadership across multiple teams including architecture, reviews, and mentoring.
• Hands-on AI/ML exposure (LLM APIs, RAG, embeddings) in production.
• Strong coding discipline and focus on delivering production-ready patterns.

Responsibilities

• Ship complex backend services and frontend components in production.
• Own end-to-end delivery from concept to production with AWS services, events, and data stores.
• Set cross-team technical direction by defining APIs, UI architecture, data models, and cloud patterns.
• Raise frontend quality with reusable React/TypeScript components and robust API integration.
• Identify practical AI integrations that deliver real user value with acceptable latency and costs.
• Lead via architecture reviews and code reviews, not through meetings alone.
