Job summary

Antero Resources Corp is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer–AI Enabled to design, build, and lead full-stack solutions on the .NET stack in Denver.

You will integrate AI-assisted tooling like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, while ensuring scalable, secure architectures and robust SDLC processes. Applicants should have a BA/CS or related field and 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale applications with .NET, React, Blazor, and SQL Server, along with Azure cloud and modern desktop tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/Engineering or related field.
• At least ten (10) years of professional software engineering experience delivering large, complex applications end-to-end.
• Experience maturing SDLC and engineering standards and managing external consultancies to a defined quality bar.
• Senior-level command of modern .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, React/TypeScript, Blazor, SQL Server, and modern desktop technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver end-to-end full-stack applications on the .NET platform.
• Build responsive UIs with React/TypeScript and Blazor, backed by SQL Server.
• Own architecture and design decisions from discovery through release.
• Integrate AI-assisted/agentic coding tools into daily delivery and set coding standards.
• Evaluate AI tooling landscape and shape AI development roadmap.
• Mature the SDLC with CI/CD, testing, and release management.
• Define and document engineering standards and reference architectures.
• Mentor developers and analysts and coordinate with external partners.
• Ensure external consultancies meet quality bar and align with SDLC.
