Naveera Technology LLC is hiring a Senior .NetCore Engineer + ReactJS + Claude AI to lead architecture and delivery. The role demands deep Microsoft stack experience, React/Angular front-ends, and AWS-based systems handling large data workflows in the insurance domain.

The candidate will own end-to-end solutions, mentor peers, and collaborate with product teams while enabling modern, scalable systems in a remote-friendly setup with Colorado-based travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience with 8+ years in .NET and 3+ years in ReactJS.
• Experience designing scalable, service-based or distributed systems in AWS.
• Experience with high-volume batch processing and background jobs within regulated domains.
• Ability to drive architectural decisions and modernize legacy applications.
• Strong collaboration with Product and domain experts to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Own large technical initiatives from design through delivery.
• Partner with Product and domain experts to define solutions.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the team.
• Design and optimize batch processing and data workflows in production.
• Translate complex business rules into scalable software architectures.
