Job summary

Persistent Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to own the architecture and delivery of an AI-enabled platform in a high-impact enterprise setting. You will lead frontend and backend development, system design, and integration with data pipelines, delivering scalable workflows and enterprise-grade software.

You will drive Claude AI‑driven development practices to accelerate velocity, improve code quality, and enable rapid prototyping.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with leadership at Principal Engineer / Senior IC level.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end full stack systems in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on engineering role with frontend and backend responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build end-to-end full stack platform unifying fragmented workflows.
• Design frontend and backend components, APIs, and supporting services with scalability.
