Responsibilities include domain translation, architecture evolution, and mentoring junior engineers, while delivering high ROI and reliable systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software development experience, with a minimum of 4+ years in a Senior Software Engineer role (or equivalent).
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree in a STEM major or a Master’s in Technology or Computer Science or related field.
Responsibilities
- Design & System Evolution: Decompose complex business scenarios into service-based architectures.
- Domain Alignment: Translate insurance rules into high-performing technical solutions.
- Epic Ownership: Own delivery of Epics end-to-end with risks, dependencies and DORA KPIs.
- AI-Assisted Engineering: Integrate AI tools to automate design, test generation, and code reviews.
- Software Design & Quality: Enforce code quality through reviews, tests, and CI/CD.
- Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Guide engineers and resolve cross-team issues.
