Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise healthcare payer applications using modern Microsoft technologies. You will build secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experiences.

In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate requirements into technical solutions, and drive performance improvements while ensuring quality through testing and best practices.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using .NET technologies.
Strong experience with .NET, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, REST APIs, and SQL databases.
Experience building secure, scalable, and high-performing web applications.
Knowledge of source control, testing methodologies, and Agile software development practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and the .NET Framework.
Build scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that support healthcare payer operations and business objectives.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement continuous improvements.
Support application quality through testing, code reviews, documentation, and deployment best practices.
