Job summary

The State of Washington’s Information Technology Division seeks an IT Application Development Senior/Specialist to lead Agile teams, mentor staff in .NET, and deliver strategic SaaS and custom applications for the Labor and Industries agency across state-wide scope.

Responsibilities include roadmapping, design, development, and coordination across multiple teams, with emphasis on performance, standards, and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of recent professional experience developing and enhancing applications using listed languages/tools.
• Experience applying development standards in a managed environment.
• Education may substitute year-for-year for experience as described in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Agile product teams and mentor staff on .NET technologies.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications, interfaces, and web services.
• Lead staff to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technology issues relating to applications and environments.
