Job summary

CS Solutions, Inc. is seeking a senior .NET Full-Stack Developer in Atlanta, GA to lead modernization efforts for a Georgia state licensing platform. You will move from ASP.NET to .NET 8, build secure APIs, and integrate a React frontend with Azure-based services.

You will own data architecture on SQL Server, implement CI/CD with Azure DevOps, and contribute to architecture decisions while delivering production-ready features in a lean team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional .NET development experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
• Demonstrated migration of legacy ASP.NET apps to modern .NET (6/7/8/10).
• Production SQL Server experience with tuning and migrations; Azure hands-on.
• 5+ years delivering software in Agile environments; experience with ADO or GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization of DECAL’s licensing platform from legacy ASP.NET to .NET 8 and Azure-based architecture.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions; own API-first integrations.
• Develop and maintain React UI components as part of the modernization roadmap.
• Own CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps; perform code reviews and drive best practices.
• Provide production support and root-cause analysis; document architectures and runbooks.
• Collaborate in architecture reviews and sprint ceremonies.
