Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a strong .NET (C#) background and hands-on PHP/Laravel experience to join our 100% remote US-based SaaS team. You will design, develop, and maintain backend services while supporting both stacks and contributing to platform evolution.

You will build RESTful APIs, collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering, review requirements, and mentor junior developers in an Agile environment focused on clean code and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Proficient in .NET (C#) and PHP/Laravel.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiar with React or Angular frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system design.
• Comfortable in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services for a SaaS platform.
• Build features primarily in .NET (C#) while supporting PHP/Laravel apps.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and business logic.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering to deliver features.
• Mentor junior/mid-level developers and promote engineering best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, planning, and architecture discussions.
