Job summary

Jobot is a fast-growing SaaS company seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain our backend services. You will build features in .NET (C#) and support PHP/Laravel applications, while developing RESTful APIs and shaping the architecture of a scalable platform.

You will collaborate across Product, QA, and Engineering in an Agile environment and mentor junior engineers to promote engineering best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with .NET (C#) and PHP/Laravel.
• Experience with React or Angular.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system design.
• Ability to balance technical debt with business priorities.
• Comfortable working independently in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

This role is ideal for someone who has transitioned from PHP into the Microsoft stack or someone who is equally comfortable working across both technologies.
