Job summary

Evry Health is seeking a Senior .NET Software Engineer to lead backend architecture and delivery for its health plan platform. You will architect, implement, and continuously improve backend services, APIs, and Azure-based infrastructure while guiding a team of engineers.

In this role you will own technical direction for .NET Core/C#, Node.js components, and data integrations, mentor junior staff, and ensure performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance across the backend stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of backend development experience with deep .NET Core/C# and/or Node.js expertise.
• Demonstrated architecture-level design experience (microservices, distributed, event-driven).
• Expert Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipeline design, and mentoring/code review experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect backend systems with microservices, event-driven patterns, and distributed design.
• Owns design of complex backend services in .NET Core/C# and Node.js.
• Lead Azure-based cloud infrastructure design including messaging, serverless, and API management.
• Mentor engineers, set coding standards, and own CI/CD pipelines.
