Job summary

Evry Health is seeking a senior backend architect/developer to advance our healthcare platform. You will own backend design for claims, eligibility, and benefits, leveraging .NET Core, C#, Node.js, and Azure to build scalable microservices and event-driven systems.

You will integrate healthcare data formats (X12, HL7, FHIR, NCPDP), ensure compliance and production readiness, and contribute to cloud infrastructure and API management as the platform evolves.

Qualifications

• Experience designing backend services for complex domains such as health insurance or claims processing.
• Ability to lead backend architecture decisions across multiple services.
• Proficiency with Node.js and .NET Core/C#, and cloud-based deployment on Azure.
