Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# and the .NET ecosystem. You will build REST and SOAP APIs, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize performance for health insurance provider platforms.

You will collaborate across teams to define requirements, craft database schemas, and deliver features in an agile environment. Remote work flexibility is offered, with emphasis on reliable, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Backend web development for web applications.
• Experience with ORM tools and SQL optimization.
• Frontend basics: JavaScript/HTML/CSS/jQuery.
• Familiarity with MVC and DI patterns.
• Agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Degree in IT or ongoing studies desirable.
• Knowledge of additional tech like NHibernate, Autofac, Castle Windsor is a plus.
• Healthcare domain familiarity and regulatory knowledge is desirable.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving in an agile team.

Responsibilities

• Backend development: build, maintain, and enhance services in C#/.NET.

• Provide application support, troubleshoot, and fix root causes.
• Performance optimization for better user experience.
