AES Clean Energy, a leading independent power producer with one of the largest renewable energy portfolios in the U.S., is seeking a NERC Operations Senior Analyst to support the company’s NERC Operations & Planning (O&P) compliance program and ensure operations meet NERC reliability standards. The role emphasizes daily tasks, evidence collection, audit support, and regulatory research.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Regulatory

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or related field is required.
3-7+ years of experience in inverter-based resources or renewables preferred.
Experience with NERC standards and compliance processes beneficial.
Strong ability to gather evidence and support audits.

Responsibilities

Support O&M compliance processes and field activities for NERC O&P standards.
Collect and organize compliance evidence for audits and regulatory inspections.
Monitor changes to NERC Reliability Standards and coordinate with business units.
Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Regulatory, IT/OT Security to embed compliance.
