Job summary

AES Clean Energy, a leading independent power producer with one of the largest renewable portfolios in the U.S., is seeking a NERC Operations Senior Analyst to support the O&P compliance program. You will help ensure operations meet NERC reliability standards and collaborate with multiple teams to embed best practices across the organization.

The role focuses on evidence collection, regulatory research, audits, and continuous improvement in reliability compliance, reporting to the NERC

Qualifications

• Analytical and organizational skills for reviewing technical data and compliance evidence.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple compliance tasks and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support O&P compliance processes and field activities for key NERC O&P standards (e.g. FAC, PRC, EOP, MOD).
• Collect, organize, and provide compliance evidence to NERC Compliance team.
• Assist in audit preparation and submission of supporting data requests and documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NERC compliance into the asset lifecycle.
• Ensure Management of Change processes address NERC compliance impacts and proper evidence transfer.
