Job summary

ENGIE North America seeks a Senior Analyst, NERC CIP Compliance, to support the administration, assessment, and continuous improvement of CIP standards across renewable energy and power operations. You will manage evidence, control narratives, and readiness activities, coordinating with operations, cybersecurity, IT, and site teams to ensure compliance and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting, implementing, evaluating, or supporting NERC CIP Reliability Standards in an operational, technical, cybersecurity, or regulatory environment.
• Experience supporting audits, spot checks, self-certifications, RFIs, investigations, or other compliance monitoring and readiness activities.
• Experience developing or maintaining compliance procedures, internal controls, control narratives, evidence records, implementation plans, action trackers, or corrective-action documentation.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity governance, OT, control systems, access management, physical security, incident response, recovery, vulnerability management, or supply-chain risk.

Responsibilities

• Support administration, assessment, and continuous improvement of CIP standards across ENGIE North America.
• Coordinate with various teams to document CIP controls and ensure evidence readiness.
• Maintain BES Cyber System and related asset records, applicability matrices, control inventories, and documentation.
• Prepare for NERC and Regional Entity audits, organize evidence, and review records for completeness and traceability.
• Monitor CIP standards and regulatory updates, assess impacts, and coordinate actions, training, and readiness activities.
• Support access reviews, control testing, incident response exercises, data-quality reviews, and management reporting.
