Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Analyst, NERC CIP Compliance, to support administration and continuous improvement of CIP standards across ENGIE's North American energy operations.

You will coordinate with cybersecurity, IT, OT, and field teams to document controls, prepare audit materials, and track corrective actions, ensuring evidence is complete and traceable. Join a team focused on regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and ongoing CIP standard implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, IT, engineering, business, regulatory compliance, risk management, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in NERC compliance or related electric-power disciplines.
• Experience interpreting and applying NERC CIP Reliability Standards.
• Experience supporting audits, spot checks, or information requests.
• Ability to develop procedures, controls, narratives, and evidence records.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity governance, OT, and physical security.
• Ability to review technical documents and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop procedures, controls, narratives, work instructions, evidence requirements, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, IT, OT, physical security, operations, HR, procurement, vendors, and site teams to document CIP controls and complete activities.
• Maintain BES Cyber System asset records, applicability matrices, control inventories, and documentation.
• Prepare for audits and self-certifications by organizing evidence and readiness trackers.
• Coordinate fact-finding and escalate risks or unresolved issues to NERC Compliance leadership.
• Monitor CIP standards and regulatory guidance; coordinate actions, milestones, and training.
• Support access reviews, testing, and incident recovery activities with dashboards and risk reporting.
