EY is seeking a Lead Negotiator – Associate Director to act as a “first chair” in complex technology services negotiations across major EY engagements in the US. You will guide deal strategy, lead the negotiation team, and ensure value-based outcomes for EY and clients while navigating diverse deal structures and regional priorities.

The role requires extensive experience in negotiation and contract drafting within the tech services sector, with strong leadership, analytical, and communication

Competenze

• 10+ years’ experience of negotiation and contract drafting in commercial/legal terms with tech services industry experience (managed services/BPO/SI).
• ~7+ years of previous “first chair” negotiation experience in consulting/managed services.
• Experience in a large complex global org with leading negotiation practices.
• Experience leading and managing high-performance teams.
• University/Bachelors’ degree or equivalent qualification required.
• MBA or master’s degree in Business or related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead the actual negotiation process as a “first chair” with client’s lead to close the engagement.
• Collaborate with EY sales lead on relationship mapping and tiering to align EY’s people with client leaders.
• Provide advice on client commitment to a close plan and contractual terms.
• Document and obtain agreement via contracting language with the client.
• Advise pursuit teams on various commercial models for large complex deals.
• Activate and implement negotiation strategies for the Region.
