Qualifications

• 10+ years’ negotiation and contract drafting in technology services.
• 7+ years as first chair in negotiation for consulting/managed services.
• Experience in a large, complex global organization with leading practices.
• Experience leading and managing high-performance teams.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations as first chair with client negotiator to close deals.
• Collaborate on relationship mapping and tiering to align EY teams with client leadership.
• Draft contracting terms and advise on commercial models for large deals.
• Cascade EY’s negotiation methodology across Regions and enable activation.
• Provide independent analysis and risk assessment for engagement decisions.
• Direct virtual teams, manage timelines, and coach pursuit members.
