Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Sr. NC3 Systems Engineer to support the AFNWC NC3 portfolio from multiple sites, with travel required. You will lead system engineering tasks, coordinate across diverse teams, and provide technical assessments to senior leadership.

Qualified candidates have a STEM degree and 12+ years of experience, plus an active Top Secret clearance with SCI access or ability to obtain SAP access. Relocation and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
12+ years of related industry or USAF experience.
Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI access and ability to obtain SAP accesses.

Responsibilities

Provide independent communications systems engineering expertise to AFNWC staff and leadership.
Engage with AFNWC leadership up to SES level Portfolio Acquisition Executive.
Interface for reach-back activities to ETG workforce in El Segundo and other Aerospace locations.
Support development, evaluation, and validation of system-level requirements.
Coordinate tasks and participate in technical interchange meetings and design reviews.
Present technical and project status briefings to management and customers.
Provide mission assurance to ensure appropriate application of Aerospace expertise.
Prepare technical reports and presentations to capture findings and provide guidance to the customer.
