Job summary

Geo Spatial Solutions Inc. seeks a Senior Action Officer to lead strategic NC3 operations supporting complex military missions. An electronic warfare background and RF fundamentals knowledge are preferred to guide cross‑agency coordination and readiness.

You will oversee NC3 plans, conduct assessments for senior leadership, and travel up to 25% for on‑site analyses. TS/SCI clearance is required or preferred, with a proven command staff experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of NC3 experience including plans and policies.
• Electronic warfare background required.
• Requires TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience on a command staff (combatant or service) and NC3 planning.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing implementation of procedures for strategic NC3 operations in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Provide expert NC3 knowledge and experience to support mission success.
• Conduct nuclear assessments on USSTRATCOM NC3 operations at various installations to produce actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Support military operations through detailed planning, situational assessment, and coordination with mission partners.
• Facilitate communication between different operational elements to ensure synchronized efforts in NC3 operations.
• Understanding of radio frequency fundamentals and wave propagation.
