The GARRETT GROUP is seeking a Functional Management Oversight Specialist to support USSTRATCOM's NC3 Enterprise Center (NEC). The selected candidate will provide expert-level oversight of NC2/NC3 mission systems, strategic communications platforms, and survivable command and control capabilities.

This role requires extensive knowledge of NC2/NC3 operations, architectures, and modernization efforts, plus the ability to coordinate across enterprise teams, develop senior-leader briefings, and

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Minimum of 10 years supporting NC2/NC3 operations.
• Experience with strategic communications systems and architectures.
• Experience with NC2/NC3 platforms and operational modes.
• Experience developing senior-leader briefings and decision-support materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in high-tempo environments.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert-level oversight for NC2/NC3 mission systems.
• Support strategic communications platforms and survivable C2 capabilities.
• Coordinate enterprise integration and capability oversight across the NC3 enterprise.
