Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned program management and executive support professional to drive strategic initiatives for Navy-related projects in the Washington, DC area. You will develop master plans, implement metrics, and present insights to senior stakeholders.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, seven or more years of PM/exec support experience, and strong leadership across diverse teams. Up to 25% travel may be needed along with DoD/Navy program familiarity.

• Develop and implement an integrated master plan, schedules, and risk mitigation.
• Support meetings, prepare presentations, gather feedback, and present insights.
• Provide recommendations on industry best practices and standards.
• Develop metrics to measure performance and communicate progress toward goals.
• Create visual data representations for diverse audiences.
• Support analytics and automation tools to improve efficiency.
• Leverage Jupiter Advana platform as data lake for Navy commands.
