Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead data analytics, digital modernization, and process improvement initiatives in support of Navy Reserve readiness. You will develop PMPs, schedules, and risk registers while coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 0–2 years of experience, and an active Secret clearance. Familiarity with DoD programs and governance boards is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Experience in supporting project management, program management, business analysis, process improvement, or IT modernization initiatives.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, action items, and stakeholder communications in a complex technical or government environment.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions, develop executive-level briefings, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate data analytics, digital modernization, and process improvement initiatives supporting Navy Reserve readiness and mission objectives.
• Develop and maintain PMPs, schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and track milestones across multiple workstreams.
• Monitor project cost, schedule, and performance through MSRs, PM Reviews, and other contract deliverables.
• Support requirements analysis, business process improvement, capability assessments, and implementation planning.
