Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a senior program manager to drive national security initiatives across organizational boundaries. You will craft concise briefing materials for executives and align efforts across multi-entity programs to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with a full-scope polygraph, a Bachelor's degree, and 8+ years of mission/operational support experience in DoD/IC contexts. Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained TS/SCI clearance with a FS/FSP polygraph.
• 8+ years of experience in mission/operational support for sensitive DoD/IC programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across organizations and bureaucracies to accelerate progress on national security initiatives.
• Develop and deliver briefing materials and recommendations to executives and senior clients.
• Deconflict authorities, clarify roles and responsibilities across multi-entity efforts.
• Partner with client leadership to ensure seamless integration and momentum toward objectives.
