Job summary

People Technology And Processes in Washington, DC seeks a Program Management Operations Analyst III (Mid) to oversee projects and coordinate scope, cost, and schedule with NAVSEA sponsors and cross-functional teams.

You bring 4–10 years of PM experience and a Bachelor’s in Business or related field; you can read and apply Executive Orders and NAVSEA directives; proficiency with MS Project, Power BI and SharePoint is a plus.

Qualifications

4–10 years of project/program management experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
Ability to read and interpret DoD directives and NAVSEA guidance.

Responsibilities

Provide portfolio oversight of scopes, costs, schedules, staffing, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain standards and tools for scheduling, quality, and risk control.
Identify and address issues, track risks, and drive corrective actions.
Establish data collection and reporting processes; produce dashboards and briefings.
Lead a team; mentor staff and promote continuous improvement.
Monitor budgets and milestones; ensure alignment with contracts.
Engage NAVSEA sponsors, contracting officers, and vendors; coordinate communications.
Ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements and QA standards.
Leverage MS Project, Power BI, and SharePoint to improve visibility.
