E-Logic, Inc. is seeking a Senior Management Analyst to lead integrated performance analysis for the Navy shipbuilding program office. The analyst will lead Earned Value Management, Integrated Master Schedule analysis, cost estimating, should-cost and industrial base analysis of shipbuilder performance.

The analyst will also make senior-level recommendations to Government leadership. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a business or technical field.
• 15+ years in financial/cost analysis, operations research or engineering management.
• Significant experience with U.S. Navy programs or operations.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience communicating with SES and Flag-level personnel.
• Proven ability to support contracts efficiently and cost-effectively.

Mansioni

• Lead EVMS policy, surveillance and data compliance.
• Track shipbuilder corrective action reports.
• Support IBRs and OT/Baseline actions.
• Analyze IPMR/CPR data and EVM trends; prepare responses.
• Import IMS for integrity and critical path; perform schedule risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain cost estimates and EACs.
• Analyze shipbuilder pricing rates and commodity indices.
• Conduct affordability and should-cost studies; industrial base analyses.
• Maintain a repository of cost and performance analyses.
• Lead and mentor analysts; brief findings to senior leadership.
