Qualificações

• Active Secret Clearance required
• 5+ years of professional finance experience
• Experience with Navy ERP for financial management, data analysis, and reporting
• 3+ years of financial analysis including reporting and budget analysis

Responsabilidades

• Generate Project Management Plans, funding profiles, budget-to-objective analyses, and cost documentation summaries
• Enter and update financial data within NUWCDIVNPT financial systems and SharePoint
• Prepare Quarterly Execution Review reports comparing planned vs actual funding and analyze variances
• Prepare financial reports with Earned Value Management analysis
• Manage funding documents and approvals with Government stakeholders
• Prepare Monthly Expenditure Reports and monitor obligations, expenditures, and cost variances
• Perform Year Close-Out and Start-Up financial analysis and forecast unobligated balances
• Develop Funding Document Modification Requests and support carryover requirements
• Research and resolve financial discrepancies in Navy ERP and EDC systems
• Review requisitions for alignment with budgets and financial plans
