THOR Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior-Level Financial Analyst with Navy ERP experience to support NUWCDIVNPT Code 25 Undersea Warfare Combat Systems in Newport, RI. The role involves diverse financial analyses, budget development, and ERP systems stewardship.

Required are 7+ years in Navy/NAVSEA/NUWC DoD finance, strong Navy ERP and Excel skills, and the ability to travel to RI as needed. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/finance or related field.
• 7+ years in Navy/NAVSEA/NUWC/DoD financial support roles.
• Experience with Navy ERP budget structures and EVM reporting.
• Strong Navy ERP and Excel proficiency; familiarity with NEPS/AFDA/EDW/COBRA/RAPT/WAWF/ADVANA.

Responsibilities

• Use Navy ERP, NEPS, AFDA, and other systems to manage budgets and reports.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, ERP structures, and management plans.
• Perform EVM analysis and prepare funding documents and analyses.
• Support TPS submissions, CR scenario impacts, and SCC financials.
