THOR Solutions seeks a Senior-Level Financial Analyst with Navy ERP experience to support NUWCDIVNPT Code 25 in Newport, RI. You will manage budgets, perform EVM analysis, and provide funding projections across Navy systems.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in DoD financial support, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with NEPS/AFDA/EDW/COBRA/RAPT/WAWF/ADVANA; some positions may require travel and eligibility for a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or significant relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• 7+ years of U.S. Navy/NAVSEA/NUWC/DoD financial support experience.
• Proficiency with Navy ERP and Excel; familiarity with NEPS/AFDA/EDW/COBRA/RAPT/WAWF/ADVANA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain budgets and ERP structures, reports and management plans.
• Conduct EVM analysis and prepare funding documents.
• Support TPS submissions and continuing resolution scenario analyses.
• Generate weekly expenditure reports and close/startup financial analyses.
