THOR Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior-Level Financial Analyst with Navy ERP experience to support NUWCDIVNPT’s Code 25, undersea warfare systems in Newport, RI. The role focuses on advanced financial analysis, budgeting, and EVM reporting for Navy programs.

The candidate will work with Navy ERP, NEPS, AFDA, EDW, COBRA, RAPT, WAWF, and ADVANA, ensuring accurate funding projections and expenditure tracking. Hybrid Newport location with CONUS remote possibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of related DoD/Navy financial experience.
• Experience with Navy ERP and related financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Use Navy ERP and NAVSEA/NUWC financial systems to manage budgets.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and ERP budget structures.
• Prepare analyses of funding and carryover projections.
• Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting.
• Prepare weekly expenditure reports and close/startup analyses.
• Support TPS submission processes and related financial documentation.
