Job summary

THOR Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior-Level Financial Analyst with Navy ERP experience to support NUWCDIVNPT, Code 25. You will manage budgets, perform EVM reporting, and analyze funding documents in a Navy ERP environment at the Newport, RI site.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in DoD/Navy financial support roles, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with NEPS/AFDA/EDW/COBRA/RAPT/WAWF/ADVANA. Security clearance may be required; on-site requirement persists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 7+ years of Navy/NAVSEA/NUWC/DoD financial support experience.
• Experience with Navy ERP budgeting, EVM reporting, and TPS submissions.
• Proficient with Navy ERP and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of NEPS/AFDA/EDW/COBRA/RAPT/WAWF/ADVANA.

Responsibilities

• Use, update, and maintain Navy ERP and related financial systems.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and ERP budget structures.
• Prepare analyses of funding projections and carryover impacts.
• Conduct Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and analyses.
• Prepare weekly expenditure reports and fiscal year close/start analyses.
