THOR Solutions is actively seeking a Senior-Level Financial Analyst with Navy ERP experience to support NUWCDIVNPT Code 25 Undersea Warfare Combat Systems Department in Newport, RI. The role involves developing budgets, ERP reporting, EVM analysis, and supporting Navy/NUWC financial systems.

The ideal candidate will have seven years of DoD/Navy financial experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to travel to Newport as needed. Security clearance eligibility and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least seven (7) years of DoD/Navy financial support experience.
• Experience building Navy ERP budget structures and generating funding burn reports.
• Strong proficiency with Navy ERP and Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with NEPS, AFDA, EDW, COBRA, RAPT, WAWF, ADVANA.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets and ERP budget structures, reports and management plans.
• Prepare analyses of funding authority and carryover projections.
• Provide impact analysis for program budgets and project baselines.
• Prepare, review, and analyze funding documents.
• Conduct Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and reporting.
• Create or improve standard TPS submission processes.
• Prepare weekly expenditure reports and year-end/start-up analyses.
