THOR Solutions, LLC in Newport, RI is seeking a Senior-Level Financial Analyst with Navy ERP experience to support NUWCDIVNPT’s Code 25 Undersea Warfare Combat Systems Department. You will develop budgets, maintain ERP structures, and produce funding projections and management plans.

The ideal candidate has seven years of DoD/Navy financial experience, proficiency in Navy ERP and Excel, and familiarity with NEPS, AFDA, EDW, COBRA, RAPT, WAWF or ADVANA. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related business or technical field.
• At least seven (7) years of recent, relevant professional experience providing financial support services in U.S. Navy/NAVSEA/NUWC/DoD environments.

Responsibilities

• Use, update, and maintain Navy, NAVSEA, and NUWC financial systems including Navy ERP, NEPS, AFDA, EDW, COBRA, RAPT, WAWF, and ADVANA.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and ERP budget structures, reports and management plans, and track projections.
• Prepare analyses of Reimbursable Authority and Carryover projections.
• Provide impact analysis related to Program Budgets and Project Plans baselines.
• Prepare, review, and analyze Funding Documents.
• Conduct Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and reporting.
• Create or improve standard processes for TPS submission.
• Prepare weekly expenditure reports and other financial management reports for SCC operations.
