THOR Solutions, LLC is actively seeking a Senior-Level Financial Analyst to support NUWCDIVNPT’s Code 25 in Newport, RI. The role centers on Navy ERP budgeting, EVM reporting, and financial systems management. Travel to RI worksite is possible, with a hybrid Newport preference or CONUS remote options.

Qualified candidates will have extensive Navy ERP experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and at least seven years of DoD/budgeting experience, plus strong Excel and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• In lieu of a Bachelors degree, significant additional relevant experience may be considered.
• At least seven (7) years of recent, relevant professional experience in Navy/NAVSEA/NUWC/DoD environments.
• Experience budgeting with Navy ERP, funding burn rate reports, TPS submissions, and EVM reporting.
• Proficiency with Navy ERP and Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with NEPS, AFDA, EDW, COBRA, RAPT, WAWF, ADVANA.

Responsibilities

• Use, update, and maintain Navy, NAVSEA, and NUWC financial systems (Navy ERP, NEPS, AFDA, EDW, COBRA, RAPT, WAWF, ADVANA).
• Develop and maintain project budgets and ERP budget structures, reports and plans.
• Prepare analyses of Reimbursable Authority and Carryover projections.
• Provide impact analysis for Program Budgets and Project Plans baselines.
• Prepare, review, and analyze Funding Documents.
• Conduct Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and reporting.
• Create or improve standard processes for TPS submission.
• Prepare weekly expenditure reports and year-end/start-up analyses; CR impacts.
