THOR Solutions, LLC in Newport, RI is seeking a Senior-Level Financial Analyst with Navy ERP experience to support NUWCDIVNPT Code 25 Undersea Warfare Combat Systems Department. The role focuses on budget development, funding projections, and EVM reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess seven+ years of Navy/DoD financial experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with NEPS, AFDA, EDW, COBRA, RAPT, WAWF, and ADVANA. Some travel to RI may be required, and a SECRET clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; in lieu of degree, relevant experience or training accepted.
• At least seven years of recent Navy/NAVSEA/NUWC/DoD financial support experience.
• Experience building budget structures within Navy ERP and generating funding burn rate reports.

Responsibilities

• Use, update, and maintain Navy/NAVSEA/NUWC financial systems (Navy ERP, NEPS, AFDA, EDW, COBRA, RAPT, WAWF, ADVANA).
• Develop and maintain project budgets, ERP budgets, reports, and management plans.
• Prepare analyses of Reimbursable Authority and Carryover projections.
• Provide impact analysis for Program Budgets and Project Plans baselines.
• Prepare and analyze Funding Documents; conduct EVM reporting.
• Improve TPS submission processes and prepare weekly expenditure reports and close/start-up analyses.
