Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET, Inc.) is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to direct contract performance and operational execution for the F/A-18 variants program at NAS Norfolk, VA. The role serves as the principal interface to Government authorities, driving technical excellence and strategic risk management.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of defense program management experience, MA/MS degree, and proven executive leadership capable of briefing senior military

Qualifications

• DoD Secret security clearance required.
• MA or MS degree from an accredited institution.
• Over 10 years of progressive defense program management or related experience.
• Executive leadership capabilities with strong briefing skills for senior military and civilian stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct contract performance and operational execution for the F/A-18 variants program at NAS Norfolk, VA.
• Act as the principal point of contact to Government program authorities for high-level technical and program management challenges.
• Direct, evaluate, and monitor contractor performance against SOW requirements and milestones.
• Manage strategic acquisition, allocation, and employment of program resources including staffing, budgeting, and assets.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and streamline workflows to maintain schedule and technical integrity.
