Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to support our National Security Customers. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to the Intelligence Community, engaging on challenging, mission-critical cloud architectures and shaping scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with sales, platform engineering, and security teams to architect, migrate, and optimize workloads in the cloud, delivering business value while upholding security and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology domains (e.g., software, cloud, security, networking)
• 10+ years IT development or consulting experience
• Current, active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Architect cloud-based solutions for complex technical challenges with national security impact
• Formulate and execute sales strategies to exceed objectives through AWS adoption
• Lead migration of applications, software, and services to the AWS platform
• Educate customers on AWS value proposition and participate in deep architectural discussions
• Conduct training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers considering or using AWS
• Share best-practice knowledge within the AWS solutions architect community
• Author or contribute to AWS customer-facing whitepapers and reusable content
• Build relationships with senior technical stakeholders to foster cloud advocacy
• Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering, and support

Education
