Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to support National Security customers. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to intelligence customers, shaping scalable cloud architectures and driving adoption of AWS services.

You will work across sales and engineering teams to lead strategic, mission-critical cloud solutions. The role requires US citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, security, networking).
• 3+ years in design/implementation/consulting for apps or infrastructure.
• 10+ years in IT development or consulting in software or Internet industries.
• Current, active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Architect cloud-based solutions addressing complex technical challenges.
• Partner with sales to exceed revenue objectives through AWS adoption.
• Lead migration of applications, software, and services to the AWS platform.
• Educate customers on AWS value and participate in deep architectural discussions.
• Conduct training sessions (one-to-many) to transfer knowledge on AWS implementations.
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge within the AWS SA community.
• Contribute to AWS customer-facing publications and whitepapers.
• Build relationships with senior technical stakeholders to enable cloud advocacy.
• Act as liaison between customers, service engineering, and support.
