Job summary

Integrated Power Services, LLC. is seeking a National Accounts Manager to lead renewables sales across the United States, developing growth strategies, expanding key customer relationships, and promoting IPS service center capabilities.

You will drive revenue growth, collaborate with IPS teams across functions, and deliver customer-focused solutions that address the renewables market needs while upholding safety, integrity, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Engineering, or Finance preferred.
• 10+ years accomplished experience in Renewables/Industrial sector sales management and business development.
• Excellent strategy development, analytics, and financial acumen.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies with IPS Renewables Customers as assigned, to exceed IPS Renewables AOP revenue and margin targets.
• Identify new Renewables revenue streams within assigned accounts where IPS has little to no business today, develop and execute growth plans with IPS resources.
• Drive the acceleration of Power products sales to meet and exceed IPS AOP targets.
• Identify customer problems and deliver product and service solutions to renewables needs.
