Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is hiring a Regional Engineer with extensive expertise in wind generators to support the Renewables Region for in-shop wind generator and electric motor repairs, based out of the IPS Service Center in Litchfield, MN or Waco, TX.

This position will provide technical leadership and functional support focused on achieving IPS Annual Operating Plan growth and operating objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in wind or solar industry.
• Travel up to 25% for on-site/work sites.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot generator and motor performance issues in-shop and on-site.
• Lead and participate in redesign of projects for generator and motor types.
• Provide electrical technical support to customers, repair shops, and field service activities.
• Review designs and ensure repairs meet customer expectations and standards.
• Coordinate with teams to drive IPS growth objectives.
