Integrated Power Services is seeking a seasoned Renewables Sales Leader to drive growth across IPS Renewables customers in North America. You’ll develop strategic plans, identify new revenue streams, and lead cross-functional teams to exceed AOP targets while maintaining a relentless focus on customer value and safety.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA in Business, Engineering, or Finance preferred.
• 10+ years accomplished experience in Renewables/Industrial sector sales management and business development.
• Excellent strategy development, analytics, and financial acumen.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influence skills.
• Proficient in change management and project management.
• Exceptional customer centricity and leadership ability to execute and deliver results.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute growth strategies with IPS Renewables Customers to exceed AOP revenue and margin targets.
• Identify new Renewables revenue streams within assigned accounts and develop growth plans.
• Drive the acceleration of Power products sales to meet AOP targets.
• Identify customer problems and deliver solutions related to renewables needs.
• Coordinate with IPS functional areas to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide detailed sales activity in CRM, trends, and monthly forecasts.
