The role combines consultative leadership with deep market access expertise, translating clinical and real-world evidence into executive-level value discussions

Qualifications

• Doctorate/Master’s/Bachelor’s or equivalent with years of relevant experience.
• Three+ years of customer-facing strategic account management or market access experience.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 60% of the time, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Own a strategic regional portfolio of jumbo employers and employer ecosystem accounts; create and execute account plans.
• Build senior-level relationships with employer benefits, pharmacy, finance and procurement leaders and related partners.
• Lead discussions on obesity benefit design, access and affordability within Amgen strategy.
• Identify access opportunities and coordinate with internal teams.
• Translate evidence into value discussions and address evidence gaps with HEOR/RWE teams.
• Develop employer-facing tools, market insights, and launch readiness content.
• Monitor employer benefit and policy trends; provide decision-ready insights.
• Represent Amgen at employer and industry meetings; expand external presence.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and compliance in documentation.
