Job summary

Amgen is seeking a National Account Manager, Market Access Employer Engagement, to lead strategic, external-facing engagement with a defined portfolio of jumbo employers and related benefit decision makers. You will develop account strategies, identify barriers, coordinate internal resources, and translate clinical and economic evidence into payer-focused value discussions.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of customer-facing strategic account management, market access, payer, employer-benefits, consulting, PBM, health-plan, coalition or relevant healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Own a strategic regional portfolio of priority jumbo employers and employer ecosystem accounts, creating account plans with objectives, stakeholder maps, access barriers, value exchange and metrics.
