Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a National Account Manager for the Mass Channel/Walmart-BEAUTY to own relationships across mass retail, including Walmart and potentially Target and other key accounts. The role spans sunless tanning, suncare, body care, hand care, and lotion, focused on wholesale sell-in.

You will set strategy, manage forecasting and profitability, and help develop promotional plans with cross-functional support.

Responsibilities

• Own account P&Ls, including net sales, forecasting, trade spend, and profitability.
• Build and lead annual joint business plans with account buying, planning, and replenishment teams.
• Manage new item setup, assortment strategy, planograms, and line reviews.
• Drive distribution, shelving, pricing, and promotional strategies to meet volume, market share, and ROI goals.
• Own monthly forecast accuracy and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Use POS and syndicated data, including Circana, Nielsen, Retail Link, and Scintilla, to identify growth opportunities and develop recommendations.
• Lead account meetings and business reviews with category buyers using data-driven presentations.
• Manage promotional submissions, tracking, and post-promotion evaluations.
• Partner with brand, supply chain, and marketing teams to align innovation and inventory with retail demand.
• Serve as the internal voice of the customer and the first point of contact for account issues.
