24 Seven Talent seeks a National Account Manager, Private Label for beauty brands, offering remote work across the United States. You will own the commercial performance of assigned private label and contract manufacturing accounts, driving profitable revenue and successful launches.

You’ll collaborate with Product Development, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to manage pricing, costing, margins, and program profitability, while building lasting customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CPG sales or private label roles.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and manage accounts end-to-end.
• Strong financial acumen including pricing and margins.
• Experience coordinating with product development, finance, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Own sales, forecasting, and profitability for assigned accounts.
• Develop strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Build cross-functional relationships across teams.
• Identify private label and contract manufacturing opportunities.
• Lead pricing discussions, RFPs, and new-business pitches.
• Maintain pipeline with values, stages, timing and next steps.
• Own monthly forecasts and track performance against budgets.
• Coordinate with supply chain to align capacity and launch timing.
• Expand relationships into additional categories and programs.
