Job summary

Solenis LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager for North America capital projects, with remote work options across the U.S. You will lead projects from planning through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget alignment with business objectives.

You will guide Project Managers and Engineers, support CapEx budgeting, and drive Stage Gate compliance across multiple sites in a demanding manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Finance, or a related technical discipline preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing capital projects in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar environment.
• Extensive working knowledge of capital project processes, including budgeting, forecasting, project accounting, and general accounting policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of project cost management, forecasting, scheduling, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of construction and engineering principles.
• Ownership of Safe work environment for projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and managing projects across multiple sites.
• Ability to travel 50-80%

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large-scale capital projects from concept to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across functions.
• Monitor project performance, risks, schedule delays and cost variances.
• Champion Stage Gate process and mentor team members.
• Review business cases, scopes, cost estimates, and risk assessments at milestones.
• Prepare and present updates to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement of capital planning and reporting.
