Job summary

Solenis is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead capital projects across the North American plant network. You will provide leadership from planning through closeout, ensuring safety, on schedule, and within budget, while guiding Project Managers and Engineers and managing CapEx budgeting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 10+ years of capital project experience, proficiency with SAP, strong cost management, and up to 80% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business, finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing capital projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience with SAP and project cost management is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large-scale capital projects from concept through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across Engineering, Operations, EHS, Finance, Procurement, R&D.
