Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead capital projects across the North American plant network. You will provide project leadership from planning through closeout, ensuring safety, on-schedule delivery and budget alignment while guiding Project Managers and Engineers.

Responsibilities include planning, tracking, forecasting CapEx, and coordinating with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement and R&D, while mentoring teams and advancing Stage Gate processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience managing capital projects in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost reporting knowledge.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP; ability to travel 50-80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large-scale capital projects from concept to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across Engineering, Operations, EHS, Finance, Procurement, and R&D.
• Monitor project performance and address risks, issues, schedule delays, and cost variances.
• Support Stage Gate process and present updates to leadership.
